As we continue our virtual week of New Scholar Selection Days for the Class of 2031, we want to give a special shoutout to our Leadership Council and Scholar Ambassadors from the Class of 2030 who have been supporting students as they arrive and get ready for interviews!

Today marks the start of New Scholar Selection for the Class of 2031, with the first sessions kicking off tonight! Over the next two weeks, we'll be interviewing more than 900 students for both our in-person program and the new Chicago Scholars Virtual. We'll see you there!

Take me out to the ballgame! ⚾ We joined our friends and partners at @CubsCharities today to celebrate opening day for the Cubs. Shoutout to Scholar DeAndre Yancey from the Class of 2030 who just started his internship with Cubs Charities! Go Cubs!

Our Chicago Scholars Dream Team has officially started our annual holiday break! The Chicago Scholars office will be closed from today through January 1st, and will reopen on January 2nd. Wishing our Chicago Scholars family an incredible holiday, and we'll see you in 2025! 🎇
