It's no longer a matter of days... but hours, and the city of Gaza may be erased entirely if the intensity of the bombing continues like this. We survive death more than three times a day, as if staying alive is a temporary miracle-delayed, but not denied.
Everything is out of control... the sounds, the smoke, the screams, the sudden disappearance of people who were just here a moment ago. Major institutions have started withdrawing from the north, one after another, heading south to provide their services-as if we are no longer human, as if our lives matter less. Water... even getting a sip of clean water now requires a miracle.
We haven’t slept in days. Not because of noise, but because of a deep terror that lives inside us, a fear that grips every corner of our being. We’ve been sentenced to death here-silently, without witnesses, without a voice to save us, without a hand to reach out.
We write only to say that we are still alive... until further notice.
