Update: The package arrived 4 days after it was shipped (next day delivery paid for) and our request for a refund was denied. Can’t make this up @UPS. They simply do not care.

So @UPS you’re saying there’s nothing you can do for jerseys for a memorial service that we paid to overnight and it is not going to get there because of you? This is absolutely insane. Maybe you might change your mind once people see how you’re treating a celebration of life.

Instead of trick-or-treating with my 14 month old, I’m driving around all over DFW to try to figure this out because @UPS simply does not care about anything but profit. If these jerseys don’t make it tomorrow A lot of people will be heartbroken and they simply don’t care.
