@DPDgroup_news Hey there, I want to make a complaint to you about a delivery. Your chat bot closed my chat down, twice. How do I complain to someone about your driver delivering a Vodafone parcel to the wrong address that has 'lost' my package??

@coopuk I want to file a complaint, but your online form at coop.co.uk/contact-us/com… isn't working. So I guess I've had to make a Twitter account to get through to you.... How do I complain now?

@DPDgroup_news Hey, I want to make a complaint - I've started a livechat but your bot keeps closing it. I've Whatsapp'ed you and I guess you're all asleep, so I've taken to Twitter. What's the best way to complain that will get me a response?
