@CHWinery Worst experience! One of our favorite restaurants and tonight ruined it. Our waitress was not pleasant, bread was stale, fly in my husband’s drink, no refills, no straws when she said she would, gnocchi was burnt, and chicken was gummy. Awful Mother’s Day dinner. 😔

No thank you. Kroger provided what I needed. Its so sad that the marketing blunder made me cancel my membership. There will be no pickup. sorry, but you should of took care of your membership customers BEFORE Christmas. Tip - the easiest customer to keep is the one you already have. But not in this case.

@CHWinery Wine pickup is typically on the 4th Tuesday of every month. I went into Coopers Hawk to pick up my 3 bottles of wine, just in time for the Christmas holidays. Much to my surprise, the person indicated that this month, because of the holidays, the pickup will be next week! This has to be ALMOST, not quite, the dumbest marketing decision I've experienced. Almost as dumb as the Bud Light and Cracker Barrell blunder. Who made the decision to move pick up AFTER Christmas? I wanted those bottles BEFORE so that I could have them on hand for guests at Christmas. Needless to say, I had to go down to my local Kroger liquor store to purchase 3 bottles of wine. I thought to myself, why am I even participating as a wine club member when picking up, waiting for a "certain day" before I receive my product? Kroger has ample supply with quite a good variety at the ready. With that, I'm cancelling my membership as this was such a silly marketing decision debacle. Shame on you Cooper Hawk, I will take my business elsewhere.
