@CieloBonit The doses is by weight, and it's clearly listed the pounds on the end of the plunger you move the little lock piece back how many pounds you weigh lock it in place press the plunger in the mouth that comes out is how much you take each day

@CieloBonit It goes by weight. The ones I get are for 1250lbs so every click is 50lbs. I’m 250lbs so I use 5 clicks, which gets me 5 days.
