looked at, leaving us with no car to transport our children to school for close to a month! They won’t extend the courtesy car and they can’t give us a date it will be looked at! I’ve never in my 44 years experienced a service this bad! Ignore Cinch at all costs @cinchuk

People be warned! @cinchuk is the wordy company on planet earth! They gave us our 7 seater Citroen that broke down within the 14 days we can return it and taken to an Audi?!? garage for repair and we were promised it would be looked at in 48 hours! It was looked at a week later

#BadCustomerService @cinchuk My recent purchase from Cinch has certainly not been hassle free. Be aware people, if your car has faults, broken down yet in its 3month warranty, good luck! No car, no offer of a hire vehicle and weeks of paying for a car I can’t drive. 👎

@cinchuk this is absolutly the worst company ever dealt with! 0% customer service ..0% care over customer safety … bought car 9 weeks ago so far only had it 2 weeks … it was a 68 plate car that leaks worse than water pipe that’s burst! Happy to post proof !
