Mid-Del Public Schools New Townsend Elementary is taking shape as crews pour foundation slabs, and prepare to begin precast storm shelter installation. This new 82,000 sf facility will replace the existing building and bring updated learning spaces to the Mid-Del community.

Snowy conditions didn’t slow progress at The Maverick a 288-unit development that will include 13 three-story residential buildings, a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, and a 2,300-square-foot pool house overlooking the pond, totaling approximately 297,000 square feet.

We’re excited to share the progress at Wheeler Apartments, a two-phase, 199-unit community located in the heart of the Wheeler District. Phase 1 was successfully completed in August of 2025, and Phase 2 is quickly approaching the finish line. We are thrilled to be part of this!
