PROGRAM OF THE YEAR AWARD 🏈 Some states call it Coaching Staff of the Year. We call it Program of the Year because true success takes alignment beyond the sidelines. It starts with the vision of the head coach, who builds the foundation, sets the standard, and inspires everyone around him to commit to something bigger than themselves. It takes administrators, teachers, families, and an entire community pulling in the same direction, and a staff that delivers for kids no matter the circumstances. This award lives in the grind that never makes the highlight tape. It lives in film rooms long after the buses leave, in practices run with purpose, and in staffs that refuse to let each other or their players fall short of what they are capable of.
