I’ve got a few more notebooks done. I am happy how these turned out. I added some jojoba oil to condition them also.

After shamelessly studying and scrutinizing @davemakesstuff_ models, I can now eat Chocolate DNA from the @CocoaPress ! Assuming I can fend off my family, of course-- that is proving to be the hardest part of printing chocolate. 🤣

mfw my test print fits perfectly 😊 this gorgeous shape we came up with, a synthesis of TPMS, "triply periodic minimal surfaces" (thanks Steve and AI assistants!!) should be able to achieve near zero radial thermal expansion -- ideal for interfacing to quartz. even though the walls are only 0.74mm thick (the whole part is only 24g of PLA) it can take my weight! * *i'll let you guess as to what that is! @lightcellenergy

@reprinted3D @MoJee3d We've been really heads down working on getting the new printer ready to ship and all the new things that come with the Alien Box. Here is a delicious chocolate print from the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Festival from last weekend to tide you all over.

@I3onkersTv @josefprusa @CocoaPress Due to the foodsafe nature of printing chocolate, I don't think they would ever do that 😅 But a dedicated toolchanger for different chocolates and fillings would be neat!

I just informed my Wife about @josefprusa showing off some new tool heads for the XL 5TH. I did inform her that if they get a @CocoaPress TH I am buying one. So I now have a dream! She didn't say no. 😂

How to reignite my 3DP enthusiasm? How about a trip to my old home town to soak up all that reprap festival fun goodness? A chance to see actual @joeltelling in the flesh! And to see @CocoaPress in the chocolate .. I think Joel in the chocolate is an extra ticket I didn’t get
