🚨How to price your #IonicDigital shares ? 🤑 In today’s alpha, I’ll focus on putting the company’s assets, contracts, future revenue, and profit into context relative to the share count and potential dilution. Because the company dilutes as it reaches higher prices, it’s essential to track how many shares may come to market. In total, there are roughly 48.5M shares currently expected, including warrant conversions, unlocked shares from the $400M round, and officer and board compensation. However, most of these won’t trade on day one. Many Celsius Network creditors have not yet transferred their shares, and about 3M shares remain unclaimed. There is also limited shorting pressure.
