@ConsumersBeer @BuffaloH Thers definitely a better way like giving them a cash box or register to do it on also you guys make alot of money ...get with the times. You can send out email receipt thats way it dont cost you paper money and it will offset your cost of paper and pens...you have to buy.

Hey @ConsumersBeer can u explain your policy that u must redeem your slip the same day only? And then when u try to redeem it a few days later, your employee gives the customer attitude when asking why and asking to have the slip back? U have lost a lifelong customer over $7.55

Since we count empties by hand, this is to verify that empties were actually returned. Our system is very different from empty return machines that use technology to verify the returns.
