My reactions: Committee respected UCLA, UCSB and gave a lot of love to Oregon. Surprised a little that Washington St and Cal Poly both got 3 seeds but looking at the rest of the 4 seeds, these two teams were more than deserving of 3’s. They earned it. USC and Oregon St got absolutely hosed in their seedlings. We all suspected Oregon and Oregon St would be paired up but as a 14-16 seed. Oregons an 11, so that means if the committee held to ranking 1-32 Oregon St fell way down the seed line and wasn’t even close to hosting. Same with USC. Outside of the west Mercer should’ve made it. Kentucky should’ve been out.
