Luis and I dive deep into the low inertia problem, i.e. how to deal with the fact that frequency become more volatile with increased RES penetration. Problems like these need to be solved before we can go 100% green, which is why I they're so rewarding to work on! #LCC

Highly recommend checking this talk out tomorrow. The low demand during Covid forced the UK to pay renewable generators not to produce. This can't be the long term solution for high penetrations, so intelligent solutions to our low inertia woes are needed:
