South Kortright’s @ConnorQuarino has officially played his last game for the Rams. What a season it was! He scored 745 points this year for an area leading average of 29.8 PPG. I’ll check his career total soon but definitely in the 1,800-1,900 range

The 2023 Boys Soccer All-State list has been selected by the United Soccer Coaches organization. It is divided up into large school & small school teams. The lone player to make the small school list from my coverage area is South Kortright’s @ConnorQuarino Congrats!

It was a fitting end for our women’s @SUNYDelhiXC_TF 4x100 relay team. Sabrina Richards, Miranda Cole, Zoe Rodi and Kadie-Ann Whyte broke their own record for the third time this season. This time they shattered it, running 48.26 seconds dropping more than a half second!

Yesterday at Utica, freshman Miranda Cole continued her spectacular first year in the green and gold by breaking the outdoor 100 meter Delhi program record, previously set by Madeeah Oranchak in 2018. Cole ran a wind legal time of 12.43 to win the heat. #delhidrive #horsepower
