It’s been 8 days since I bought my Mac mini for OpenClaw 🦞 Here’s what I’m bleeding on: 🩸 > Mac mini - $600 (one-time) > Claude Opus - $200/mo (max plan) > Kimi K2.5 - $10/mo (actually carrying me) > OpenAI Codex + GPT - $20/mo > Gemini API - $10/mo > MiniMax 2.5 - $10/mo (testing) > Z. AI (GLM-5) – $30/mo (bulk worker) > X Research API - $10/mo > Brave Search API - $5/mo > Supabase - $25/mo (was a test, regretted it) > SuperGrok - $40/mo (just pumping the numbers) > Suno API - $10/mo (music arc pending) > Midjourney - $11.5/mo (useless) > HiggsField - $52/mo (no clue. vibes only) > Random AWS instance I forgot - $20/mo > OnlyFans - $49.95 (for reasrch purposes) > Gym - $80/mo (ofc I would add it) Total burn ≈ $1,183/mo 🔻 Am I net negative right now? - Yes. Did the Mac generate money yet? - Not measurable yet. Did it make me feel like I control the future? - eh, maybe later, let's see End-of-month update coming. If revenue > burn → genius If burn > revenue → I am cooked Either way, we building ... (I guess)

anthropic is now blocking THEIR OWN cli tool if they suspect you're using it "wrong". not a third party client. their own official tool they built the thing, you paid for the subscription, but they'll just block your requests if they don't like what you're doing with it actually insane behavior

sometimes, you just gotta take a step back and observe how some of these people built their following in this space: • did they spam nft giveaways back in 21’? • what value does this person bring? • do they actually have an opinion? • are they just a “personality” or something more authentic/original? unfortunately, i take a look at some of these “creators” and just see a bunch of larping. everything’s performative until its time to actually do the real, dirty work.

Founder-led projects usually outperform projects carried by: - KOLs, WLs, airdrop farming, and X hype (Combined) If a project is popping off & the most visible person is: - the ambassador or KOL - the collab manager - the advisor - the "helper" While the founder is unknown & has 0 presence on X? > Run 🏃 (or at least be careful to hold anything) Because usually those “helpers” are aiming for: - more followers - more engagement - more visibility & attention - more deals with other founders (connections) Then when the hype fades, they move to the next project. And you are left holding the bag while the founder stays invisible ❌ So the rule is: - If the founder isn’t the face, you’re the exit - If the "ambassador" is more known than the founder, you’re the exit liquidity. And when things go wrong, the excuses are always the same: - "I was just helping" - "The founder didn’t listen" - "I had no control" So before you buy in or hold anything ask: - Who is the founder? - What have they built before? - Can they actually lead post-mint/post-launch? - Are they visible enough to push? - Or they "a nobody" will disappear in 3 months with your bags? If the face of the project isn’t the founder, something’s off.

Oh these “hype-helpers” lmao That’s why I’ll never let someone to become a face of my own project. If these KOLs are really interested to shill it - shill it but not because you’ll get something but because you like it Don’t understand why nowadays founders are choosing the fast 5 figures from their mint instead of transform your project to a brand and business model where you can deliver and get money every month from royalties @pudgypenguins got 700k$ from the mint and 60m$ from royalties (only Pudgies lol) We need to learn from them how to setup the business model

if you consume any sugar-free stuff, this is a MUST READ erythritol, an ingredient in a lot of "sugar free" and keto products, might not be as harmless as people think some studies suggest it: - increases stress on blood vessel cells - makes it harder for blood vessels to relax - causes vessels to tighten up - reduces the body’s ability to break down clots you’ll find it in things like: - diet sodas & sparkling waters - energy drinks (monster ultra, g fuel) - protein bars / shakes - sugar-free ice cream - sweeteners like truvia & lakanto just something to be aware of, esp if you consume a lot of zero sugar products
