Healthy ecosystems don’t treat criticism as an attack on the brand or a sign of disloyalty. They treat it as market intelligence. Creators, ambassadors, builders and community members are often the first to notice friction before it shows up in dashboards or KPIs. If every uncomfortable conversation is met with defensiveness, dismissed or quietly ignored, the ecosystem loses one of its most valuable feedback loops. Communication infrastructure only works when people are trusted to exercise judgment, not when they’re expected to function as promotional accounts repeating official talking points. Supporting an ecosystem shouldn’t require pretending it’s flawless. Informed criticism doesn’t weaken an ecosystem; it exposes blind spots, surfaces product and operational issues, and improves decision-making. The strongest ecosystems aren’t the ones with the least criticism, they’re the ones mature enough to separate bad-faith noise from constructive feedback and act accordingly. Progress comes from listening, adapting and iterating, not from defending every decision or expecting unquestioning loyalty.

Pons integration: Coming shortly after Pons v2 ships out. We can't share just yet what it is, but it does what we promised. More stock rewards to holders. No longer just relying on our token's volume to distribute stocks to our holders. RWA.wtf: more assets across the Robinhood eco, alongside stock collateral as that becomes available. Routes for agentic trading across perps and spot, and agentic access to Intel. We have 1 more product that we should've waited for approval on before speaking about or promising a timeline for. intern here, teams been non stop coding for 48 hours to get this out & delivered, we set today as the launch date of our product and we intend to release it, got about an hour and a half left til the full "day" is over, we think the move is to showcase what we've built & still go live, but postpone use case of the product til tmrw. as we think its best we all get some rest before a big few weeks ahead.
