When so many on #yyccc were staunchly opposed to holding a plebiscite on the $275-million subsidy for the Flames arena it seems a tad ridiculous to hold a plebiscite on a decision that would actually save lives and #yyc taxpayers $8.1-million per year. calgaryherald.com/news/local-new…

Not only is it necessary to get LRT to 16th Avenue North now, it is critical to lay the foundation for lower cost future expansions to North Central communities whose BRT buses are already over capacity. Calgarians don’t want Council to delay much-needed jobs and investment.
