Just wrapped a great panel at @mmerge_io São Paulo with @rodventures @solangegueiros and @thiagorudiger on the infrastructure institutions actually need to go onchain. TLDR: → Institutions are in production, not pilots. DTCC, Fidelity, WisdomTree all live leveraging @OpenZeppelin products and services. → Security is shifting from one-off audits to continuous assurance, more news on that April 1st. → The real blocker for RWA scale isn't tech, it's that every platform treats compliance as a moat instead of a shared utility. → Brazil keeps punching above its weight 🇧🇷

When all is said and done, just make sure you had fun. Life is too short to do shit you’re not having fun doing. With all the ups and downs. Shit ain’t easy. But what if you manage to make it fun? That’s what you hope to find someday. We’ve been tricked into thinking we need to be happy all the time. Fun all the time. Delusional. My biggest mental shift has been finding problems fun. Every type of problem. Not just the ones I know how to solve. New ones, especially. However daunting. Building any company is a game of endless problem solving. It either consumes you or you find it fun. No matter how hard it is day to day. Goddammit, if it were easy everyone would be doing it. Everyone thinks they want to reach a number, retire, sail into the horizon. Lay on a beach. Read. Do whatever the fuck they want. That becomes boring very quick. You always want action. You always want something to solve. Hard problems, and resolving them, is deeply gratifying. Deeply engaging. Find that meaningful and you’re invincible.
