The world is unfair to night owls.
School: they're as bright as larks, yet get poorer grades—except in afternoon & evening classes.
Work: if they start later but deliver identical hours & results, they're still penalized.
We should let people engage when they're most alert.

Here's the set up. We just jammed cheap crosshair lasers in the pupil aperture. I'll eventually modify the model with an internal battery compartment and switch. A bit janky, but it works well to show not just direction but also rotation (which some students find tricky).

Me and @TFlanaganLab had a (chaotic) cranial nerves class today, so we whipped up these models from @DanielMannionMD, mirroring one for a paired set, + made a *small modification*, because everything is better with lasers.
Superior rectus + inferior oblique actions shown here.
