Good news is, @tolchella finally got off the plane… after 75 mins, an overworked staff opened the doors. Bad news, this is how everyone found their luggage. Pure anarchy at @yulaeroport - @AirCanada this is absolutely insane for the fares being charged! Please do something.

This is not what I wanted my first tweet in 2 years to be, but this is after I sat on the tarmac at midnight for 90 minutes after my $700 flight landed “on time” last week @AirCanada. “Short staffed” is only an excuse for so long while your execs rake in millions. Horrible.
