Weighed myself this morning usually do it on a Friday but was feeling a bit shit 😴🐷 & I have lost another 4lbs total of 1 stone & 1lb in just under 3 weeks 🥳 .. in probs boring the baws aff most of yous but that’s a achievement 🐷💪🏽

I feel very sorry for the fans of the breakaway clubs, they know this isn’t going to end well, especially when their team gets sold off to another City as a franchise

I have today notified the Leader of @lutoncouncil of my intention to stand down as Deputy Leader at our AGM in May. I wish to focus on other projects and also want to allow someone else the opportunity to develop in a leadership role. It has been a privilege to lead our town.
