
@BelfastBooks I think what you heard was the original plan - build an office block and the church use a couple of floors and rent the rest out. The current plan is more modest

The city is changing



Great Victoria Street. A piling rig is on site for the new Baptist Church building next to the BBC






Lower Crescent. Scaffolding has gone up on number 11 - the last derelict building around the gardens. There's planning permission to turn the former offices into 4 flats


Queens Road. A new temporary structure is going up where the Titanic Exhibition Centre used to be. I'm guessing it's to be used by Artemis Technologies for work on the vessel hulls that have been delivered to the site
