I still hate @X and I'm still not back, but just FYI to this cult member/stalker - my *niece* is a teenage girl, genius. She uses my Spotify occasionally when she's here; she followed her own playlist, Sherlock.
Seek help.

@jodiegilvear @ClaytonsJustice Elf was a good movie. We can at least agree on that. 🙏
And no, I'm not back, and never will be.

@DavidSGingras @ClaytonsJustice « Im not back on X » yet here you are…you sit on a throne of lies!
English

I am NOT back on X, but while we wait for @ClaytonsJustice to cover this story honestly, here are my remarks:

@ClaytonsJustice Ugh, so I have come back to X just to help you understand that you can't read a simple form? What I said was 100% correct. Read the form again. Let me know when you finally see it.
Until then, why no comments about our victory yesterday?
You are a lying psychopath.

Normally, we do not like to give oxygen to @DavidSGingras' ramblings on his blog, but when he lies so blatantly, it's hard not to point it out.
Someone asked Gingras why he keeps representing scammer #LauraOwens, especially after she threw him under the bus at her MOC for her bankruptcy case. A legitimate question and one we all want the answer to. Attached is a screenshot of his response. After blogging days earlier with ongoing attacks on Judge Julie Mata, David decides his newest target is DOJ attorney Jennifer Giaimo.
So "that Jennifer person made false statements to Laura during the meeting of creditors. Specifically, she asked Laura why she had claimed to own more than 5% of her parents' LLC, Quartet Farms. Laura NEVER made such a claim..." Problem is Gingy, Jennifer did not ask that question; she asked if Laura was aware that she checked off the box in her petition that she owned at least 5% of the voting or equity securities of Quartet Farms, LizMax, Keybacker, and Stylette. David, perhaps you should have looked at your client's own bankruptcy petition or read over the MOC transcript before making claims that the DOJ attorney is lying and is unprofessional.🙄 But hey, you do you.
Hope Jim Lee, the bar guy, is still paying attention. I have a sneaking suspicion he is.

@Dilfhunter86 If you're an expert on my life, you'd know....oh never mind. It's Saturday. Go relax and be a nice person.
English

@DavidSGingras Did you sign a lease for your new apartment since your wife allegedly kicked you out?

Just shared this w/ someone in a reply, but was good enough to repost - here is a Moot Court brief I wrote in 1998, as a 1st year law student.
gingraslaw.com/Moot.pdf
Crazy how this "sounds" like me. And 27+ years later, the signature is identical to a doc I signed 2 days ago.

English

@TrishMcBride66 You're welcome. I just re-read that brief for the first time in 27.5 years. Considering I was a 1st year law student, it was NOT THAT BAD. And it's funny because the writing still sounds exactly like ME. I'm a little older/wiser, but still write the same way. Sig is identical.

Did you know - reporting any POTENTIAL federal crime to law enforcement is a legally protected activity?
And did you know - retaliating against someone for making such a report is, itself, a federal crime carrying up to 10 years in prison?
Apropos?
law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18…

English

@TrishMcBride66 NOTE - the brief contains handwritten note from my legal writing prof. She liked most of this, but made some corrections. Pretty sure I got an A in that class.
And yes - lots of technical errors in this. That's what you expect from students who are still learning.
English

@TrishMcBride66 OK, this is slightly rough (because of the fact I don't want to cut open the binding, so I couldn't lay the pages flat on my scanner), but this is the whole brief:
gingraslaw.com/Moot.pdf
Use if for whatever you want. This was NOT my best work. Done VERY early in my career.
English

@TrishMcBride66 Uh, page-by-page images will be too hard to read. Lemme see if I can make this into a PDF.

English

@TrishMcBride66 I started law school in Aug '97. That brief was written in March 1998...so I hadn't even finished my first year of law school yet. Was a total noob.
In addition to writing the brief, I had to argue the case in front of a panel of 3 real judges. I was TERRIFIED, but I loved it.❤️
English

@TrishMcBride66 I don't know what you mean by "giving up"? Are you saying you want to know more about 18 USC 1001?
I freaking found my brief on this. I have the Word doc, but it is so old it won't open with my current software. This was like Office 97 or something.

English

@TrishMcBride66 Hilarious to read briefs I wrote before I was a lawyer. This was supposed to be an appeal (something we did in Moot Court)...but my fake SCOTUS brief talks about my client "objecting" to her conviction and it asks the Court to "grant this motion" (an appeal is not a motion). LOL.
English

@EdKrassen Trump sucks. 👎
With that out of the way, we need to talk about some items on this list....like this "cereal". One serving (which is tiny) is 24% of your recommended sugar intake for the WHOLE DAY.
Diabetes is no joke. Please - NEVER buy this garbage again. Not even for a kid.

I just bought my groceries at Walmart and spent $335.95. Over the past month prices have skyrocketed on many of the items I buy each week.
I asked the manager, "when are prices going to stop going up," and he said, "No one knows. The tariffs are effecting us big time."
3 months ago I was paying $225 a week for the same groceries. This is ridiculous! Trump is screwing us!

English

@TheOnlyEsta I live in AZ and have driven into Mexico probably 100 times. That wall is 30' tall. This pic shows 7 crates reaching the top. That means those "milk crates" are over 4 feet tall EACH. Ever seen a 4' tall milk crate?
The wall is largely stupid, but you can't get over w/ crates.
