Official Statement regarding Ace Valorant GC To our Game Changers roster and everyone in the Ace community: Over the last few days, we were made aware that members of our GC team chose to step away from Ace alongside Leetman following his resignation from the organization. First, I want to say this clearly: we are not angry at the players for making the decision they felt was best for themselves. Every player has the right to choose their own path, and that will always be respected here. At the same time, I would be lying if I said this was not disappointing to learn in the way that we did. Leetman resigned from Ace as VALORANT Director on April 1, 2026, with his last day stated as April 8, 2026. After that, we were informed that the GC team followed him out. What makes this especially disappointing is that while under agreement with Ace, he was explicitly bound not to recruit, solicit, or persuade Ace players or staff to leave for another organization. We also later learned he reopened his own organization and only acted once he was on his way out, rather than handling things through a direct and mutual conversation with us. That is not how we do business at Ace. At Ace, we have always tried to build this organization the right way through accountability, loyalty, professionalism, and real care for the people representing our name. We do not treat players like placeholders. We invest in them, we support them, and we take pride in creating an environment where they can grow, compete, and be proud of what they are building. That is why this situation is frustrating. We were and still are genuinely proud of what this GC roster was doing under the Ace banner, and we were excited to keep building with them. Their progress mattered to us. Their success mattered to us. So to see things unfold this way instead of through honest communication and a proper departure is, without question, a hard pill to swallow. To the players directly: the door is not closed. If any of you want to talk, clear the air, or discuss returning to Ace, you are welcome to reach out. There is no hostility on our side toward the players. You are all free to make your own choices, but I do hope this serves as a lesson to be careful about who you trust and who you surround yourselves with. When someone moves in silence, says one thing internally, and then acts differently once they are out the door, that should tell you everything you need to know. Ace will continue moving forward the right way: with structure, transparency, and people who actually stand on what they say. We wish the players nothing but success, and if the opportunity is right, we would still be open to building together again under better circumstances.💙 Swixter CEO, Ace Esports @AceggHQ

These halls will remember your footsteps. This name was borne farther by your hands. Though the page turns, what was written remains. We were not perfect, but we were human. “I will see you again. But not yet. Not yet.”
