The #IndigenousProtectedAreas (IPA) program is moving to DCCEEW on 1 April 2026 📣💛
Providers will receive clear guidance during the transition.
The #IndigenousRangersProgram will stay with the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

There is much to learn about the movement of waterbirds within the Murray–Darling Basin and around Australia so it’s promising to see this comprehensive work from @theCEWH and @CSIRO .
