well said. a lot of the misconceptions around community management exist because people only see the visible part of the job. same way people think content writing is just typing, moderation is banning users, or marketing is just posting flyers. many niches suffer from this because those doing the work rarely explain what actually goes on behind the scenes. a good CM is educator, translator, support staff... culture builder and sometimes therapist all in one more people should talk about the realities of their roles. helps others appreciate the work and understand the value better.
