I had never been to Venice before this trip. I think I walked ten miles today, and I would do it again tomorrow. We had dinner on the water, and about a 35 minute walk to grab a car, and it still felt short. The city is just beautiful in a way that you won't forget. Love the people, love the food, love the way it just sits on the water. A lot of you have been here. I'm a late arrival, and I am definitely coming back.

In Venice, I stood in front of a marble tablet carved hundreds of years ago that laid out exactly how bread had to be made in this city. They put it in stone because whoever made it understood that if you did not hold the line on something as basic as bread, you would eventually end up with Wonder Bread. They were right. We did. Nabisco and General Mills are not going to love this idea. That is the whole point. We need to get back to marble bread recipes.

During COVID, Italy was used as the epicenter of fear. Now, years later, people here are finally willing to speak openly about what they saw, what they questioned, and what never made sense. The conversations after these screenings have been incredible.

Another powerful night in Milan. What I’m seeing across Europe is impossible to ignore. People are no longer afraid to ask bigger questions about who shaped the pandemic response, who benefited from it, and why so many voices were silenced along the way.

Behind me the audience was filing in for a screening of "An Inconvenient Study" alongside Zero Spike's film "Why Can't We Talk About This?" and I was still processing a day of interviews that I had not expected to affect me the way they did. Italy changed my read on this. I went in thinking I understood the pandemic well enough. These conversations told me otherwise. The questions that came out of those rooms are ones I am going to keep asking as this tour continues. We don't really get the full scope of this just yet. France is next. Then Poland, Japan, Australia. When you ask the same questions in enough countries, you start to realize we have not yet fully understood what happened.

I sat down with Dr. Pietro Gasparini, a physician who has been treating COVID vaccine injury. We all know so many doctors have done that at real personal and professional risk. The injured don't care what country manufactured the shot or what government mandated it. The injury does not recognize borders. A young woman in Italy presenting with the same neurological damage as a young woman in Texas is a pattern, and it is global. The medical establishment across the world has decided to pretend that it doesn't exist. And then there are doctors like Pietro. They exist in every country I have visited. They found the injured when no one else would, took the cases no one else would, and put their careers on the line to do so. That is a calling.

In Padua, I sat with a psychiatrist, a radiologist, and a man who has been in this fight since 1991. The psychiatrist started treating COVID vaccine injury and is getting results with augmented NAC and other protocols. What she also sees is the effect on children. A generation now questioning vaccines, carrying that uncertainty, and what it is doing to mental health across Italian society. She is watching it all from a clinical chair. The radiologist had no objection to the vaccine - his objection was to being told he had no choice. He made that position public, lost his job, and has been living with the consequences since. He is back now but the reinstatement didn't change the pressure. He channeled it into leading one of the major organizations here that funds people who stood their ground for the same reason. The third man refused to vaccinate his child in 1991 and the Italian government tried to take his children from him. He has been running the country's largest vaccine choice organization ever since. You realize, talking to people like this, that the ocean between us is not as wide as it looks. We have the same fight, same costs, and its the same people refusing to let it go.

A few days ago I was passing through the Milan train station heading to Padua, and when I got there I had interviews with people injured by the COVID vaccine and conversations with scientists and doctors who worked within the Italian response from the beginning. Italy was where the world watched and panicked and we saw the images that told everyone this was real and coming for them. I have been asking since I arrived here whether what we saw matched what actually happened. The people I sat with in Padua had a lot to say about that. We had another screening of "An Inconvenient Study" that evening. This trip has been incredible so far.

Marcello Foa was president of the biggest media agency in Italy. A few days ago, I sat across from him in a studio there and heard his story firsthand. The moment he started raising questions about vaccine safety, it was over. He had a career he built over decades, a title that should have insulated him from almost anything, and none of it mattered once he started asking the wrong questions. This is not happening in one country. It is not a coincidence of local politics or individual grudges. I am watching the same pattern play out across Europe, and the mechanism is invisible. Someone with enormous reach simply stops being allowed to have it. Who holds that power?? And why are we not demanding an answer?

Our first stop in Italy was a sit-down with a former BBC-style journalist who also served as a politician here. Then we went straight to the theater for a screening of "An Inconvenient Study", followed by a panel I had been looking forward to for a long time. It was with four Italian doctors and scientists, sitting down to talk about what they actually saw during COVID. Italy was the story. After China, Italy was where the world watched people die on television and decided this was the end. I wanted to know if that's what was really happening on the ground, from the people who were there. Those conversations are coming. All I can say is wow.

In January, ACIP announced they were reducing the number of injections on the childhood vaccine schedule. People were celebrating. And then a federal judge named Brian Murphy stepped in and said no. He cancelled the recommendations, disbanded the advisory panel, and said the people on it weren't qualified. The case was brought by the American Academy of Pediatrics, an organization that takes funding from pharma. So what we're really watching is a pharma-funded trade group asking a federal court to restore a pharma-friendly committee, and a judge who obliged them. Start with standing. For a case to even be in a courtroom, the party bringing it has to demonstrate injury. The American Academy of Pediatrics is a trade group. It doesn't vaccinate children. It doesn't bear any personal injury if the schedule changes. So why aren't the children they claim to be protecting the plaintiffs? I don't know how this case survives on that question alone, certainly not if it reaches the Supreme Court. Then there's the ACIP argument itself. The judge ruled that Kennedy didn't have the authority to change the schedule without an ACIP vote. But ACIP votes are recommendations. The CDC is not bound by them. It can override them completely. So the judge is saying Bobby needed to go through a process that the agency he oversees doesn't actually have to follow. Think about that for a second. And then the judge disbanded ACIP for being unbalanced. The irony is almost too much. ACIP has never been balanced. It has had conflicts of interest running through it for decades, documented by multiple investigations, with members voting on vaccines they had a direct financial stake in. The most cited example is Paul Offit, who voted to add rotavirus vaccines to the childhood schedule while he was actively developing his own rotavirus vaccine. He went on to make tens of millions of dollars from it. So when this judge says ACIP needs to be more balanced, what he means, functionally, is it needs more people like that. @DrTrozzi

Go back to 1986. Reagan signs the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, and with it he hands pharmaceutical companies a full exemption from liability. Most people remember it as a vaccine policy decision. What doesn't get talked about nearly enough is that there was a Pentagon component to this. We were entering the biological weapons age, and the argument being made was that if vaccine manufacturers walked, if they stopped producing or moved that manufacturing elsewhere, we would have no way to defend ourselves against a biological attack. No way to ramp up production when it mattered. That argument, whatever you think of it, was hard to dismiss. Now watch what just happened with Trump and glyphosate. The threat is different, the mechanism is identical. You remove our liability protection, we pull out, and we take every farm in America that depends on this product with us... And so it happens again. We have built a system in this country where corporations have become so large, so monopolized, that they can blackmail presidents - not threaten them. Blackmail them. We keep letting it happen because there is no competitor waiting in the wings. There is no alternative. Too big to fail is just another way of saying too big to stop.

There's something about me that gets misrepresented constantly. The work I do comes down to one thing - your right to be in control of your own body. I am not here to tell you to vaccinate or not vaccinate. I am here to show you the science that exists, and the science that does not exist, and then leave the decision where it belongs, with you. Because you are a sovereign being on this earth, and a program that forcibly injects free citizens is a violation of that. Take the hepatitis B vaccine. It is transmitted sexually and through shared needles. My children are not going to be anywhere near those circumstances. The risk to them is incredibly low, so I opted out. I should be allowed to opt out, just like the parent who looks at their own family's situation and makes a different call should be allowed to make that call too. Every human body is different. Every family's circumstances are different. Informed consent is the foundation of ethical medicine. @thecoastguy

Robert Kennedy Jr. wants to do the most basic thing science can do - compare the health outcomes of vaccinated children to unvaccinated children using the largest medical database in America. That's it. That's the study. That's the scientific method. And the American Academy of Pediatrics is suing him to stop it. Think about what that means. Not content with blocking changes to the vaccine schedule, they are now going to court to prevent an investigation into whether the schedule is actually producing healthy children. The one question the entire program should have been answering for fifty years, and the people who run that program are fighting in federal court to make sure it never gets asked. This is an industry protecting itself from its own data. I am not accusing anyone in medicine of malice. I am saying that the long-term health investigation has never been done with the seriousness it deserves, and now that someone is finally trying to do it, there is a worldwide effort to shut it down before it starts. We have to do this study. We have databases right now, like the Henry Ford Health database, that could give us real answers. Every database in this country should be opened to this investigation. The scientific method demands it. The health of our children demands it. The only people who have something to fear from the truth are the ones fighting this hard to hide from it.
