Another beautiful Italian product available at the end of the week... Treviso is a classic for anyone that wants to embrace contrast, colour and the bitterness this radiccio holds

Castel Franco is inbound this Friday! Delicate bitterness, crisp texture, and a striking leaf that needs very little handling. This radiccio is best served raw with citrus and aged cheese, or gently grilled to soften and sweeten!

Redcurrants are another ingredient that isn't just for christmas... They're great used in sweet and savory dishes, jellies, sauces, salads, jams and much more! Great paired with white chocolate or cream to balance their tang. They're also excellent in cocktails or pureed down!
