An excellent Senior Staff meeting last night, 100 senior leaders from across our schools, coming together for our regular online catch-up. Good to welcome our 3 fab new schools, hear about our new leaders, go through the White Paper implications, support our last recruitment drive, to hear about our positive financial updates and to receive some Ofsted updates. Huge congratulations to leaders receiving promotions. Even in the last couple of weeks, 3 of our super Deputies have gained Headships out of the Trust. This type of system leadership is invaluable for the local area and our communities. Our Future Leaders course is paying huge dividends.

Had a really lovely coffee & catch up this afternoon with Jeremy Heath, the new Head Teacher at @DenbighHigh School. Jeremy’s passion for the school, his staff, & most importantly our young people really stood out.
