Sound up. My dad was having some fun with this one. For old hoop heads that remember the famous radio call from Celtics announcer Johnny Most. In 1987, with the Pistons up one, Larry Bird stole Isiah Thomas’s inbound pass deep on the Celtic’s offensive end. As he as falling out on the baseline, he turned and flipped a pass to Dennis Johnson cutting to the basket for a layup giving the Celtics a 108-107 win in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
