@DFS absolutely shockingly bad customer service. Sofa ordered November 2025 for Delivery February 2026! Now got to wait another month for delivery!! No updates on delays. Just ‘shut up and go away’ from your service centre!! Very frustrating, disappointing, and inconsistent!!

@DFS how can you mess up again????Told our new sofa(4th in 14 months) was being delivered today, again cleared out the temporary furniture (because the loan you sent was dirty and had no feet so sent it away) for the delivery drivers to call saying they were a bit confused

@DFS I have been in your store today and was looking to purchase a new sofa . I didnt feel the assistant was very interested so I didnt make a purchase . I am trying to do it online but I cannot add anything to the basket so I can't see how much what I want would cost , etc .
