Not just for Utah, but also for our nation, Great Salt Lake is vital to our economy, national security, and environment, and it’s entirely necessary to save.

With Orange County Fire Authority serving as lead agency, the Trump EPA is deployed to Garden Grove, California, working closely with all levels of gov’t responding to the GKN Aerospace methyl methacrylate tank chemical release. The tank will fail, but much work is being done to mitigate the danger and protect the health of residents and responders in the area. Just discussed the situation on @CNNSOTU.

President Trump has already racked up TRILLIONS of dollars in domestic investment, and more will come as we continue to smartly fast track projects in a way that costs less, at less time, and with more certainty. Great to be back in Utah yesterday with @GovCox to discuss this and much more.

ENTIRELY fake news! At no point since President Trump was sworn back into office has the Trump EPA authorized the release of ANY genetically modified mosquitoes into Florida or anywhere else for that matter. So much fake news BS being peddled on social media for RTs, Likes, and engagement.
Concerned Citizen@BGatesIsaPyscho

“The EPA just authorise the release of 2 Billion Genetically Modified Mosquitoes” First Ticks & now Mosquitoes - The World is run by insane lunatics.

Great to be back in Utah where the Trump EPA has been closely partnering with the Congressional delegation, state leadership, and local communities to deliver big wins related to attainment of air quality standards, protecting the Great Salt Lake, upgrading water infrastructure in advance of the 2034 Olympics, and so much more. Kicked off my visit alongside @GovCox at his Operation Gigawatt Summit.

The Biden EPA faceplanted when establishing extreme refrigerant phase-out restrictions. President Trump and I just announced critical new action on HFCs to lower the cost of living, follow the law, and safeguard human health and the environment. Common sense prevails!

Today we mark one year since Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky were viciously murdered on the streets of Washington DC as they were departing an event at the Capital Jewish Museum. They were robbed of a long life of love and happiness together in an act of pure hatred. May they both rest in peace, and their story continued to be told as we combat antisemitism in all its forms.

I just met Sarah two weeks ago in my office at EPA HQ. She struck me as a young woman filled with life and positivity.   Heartbroken to learn she was one of two tragically murdered last night by a Jew-hating radical screaming “Free Palestine”.   May Sarah and Yaron rest in peace.

To bring down costs for U.S. farmers, the Trump EPA has been blazing through an aggressive agenda that has restored Right to Repair, significantly reversed Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) deratements, eliminated the requirement for DEF sensors, and so much more. We will not slow down or relent on any day. We are finalizing a new definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS) in line with the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Sackett that will eliminate the need to hire an attorney or consultant to tell you whether water on your property is a WOTUS subject to federal overreach. We are also now finalizing a new proposed rule to eliminate DEF deratements altogether. And we are just getting started!

At the Trump EPA, working closely with @SecKennedy @HHSGov and building upon our recent partnership to tackle microplastics in drinking water, we are teaming up to rapidly fast-track solutions that treat and breakdown PFAS chemicals. We closely examine traits like bioaccumulation and persistence and have never been more optimistic about the future and new technologies being developed and coming online that DESTROY “forever chemicals”.

.@epaleezeldin announces nearly $1B in grants to address PFAS, or "forever chemicals," in the drinking water of small and disadvantaged communities. "We also believe that those who placed PFAS into the environment should be the ones responsible for the legacy cleanup costs."

Over the past couple of decades, citrus greening has been devastating for America’s citrus growers, especially in Florida where citrus production is down 95% since the early 2000s, but the corner has finally been turned with exciting new technology that was just approved by the Trump EPA! I was in Florida yesterday with the state Farm Bureau to discuss the big news. tapinto.net/towns/pompano-…

As more nations around the world work to diversify their energy supply chain, they are turning to the United States. As President Trump unleashes our domestic energy supply, it’s not just good for American consumers, but also for our economy and national security, as it positions us to export more than ever before. It’s also good for our environment, because we tap into these supplies so much better for the environment than so many other countries do elsewhere around the world.

While the greatest announcement so far at the Trump EPA was our list of 500 top pro-environmental actions in President Trump’s first year in office, we have also been simultaneously completing more deregulation at one agency in one year than has ever been accomplished by past administrations across all agencies over entire presidencies.

There has never been a bigger opportunity than now for Alaska to MASSIVELY ramp up production of its energy supply; not just to be tapped into for Alaskans, and the rest of the US, but also for export to many other nations in Asia and elsewhere around the world.

Sometimes Members of Congress can ask great, substantive questions at these budget hearings, and other times, welp, they let Senator Patty Murray turn her mic on to speak as well, and then this happens… Senator Murray: “Do you seriously believe there’s abortion in the water like some far-right activists are suggesting?” 🥴
