A RTP afirmou, numa peça sobre carne produzida em laboratório, que a população mundial tem aumentado "de forma exponencial" e que isso obriga a "repensar as cadeia alimentares".
No entanto, a formulação é incorreta: a taxa de crescimento da população mundial desacelera desde o final dos anos 60, tem sido inferior a 1% desde 2020 e, segundo as previsões, deverá começar a diminuir dentro de algumas décadas.
Contactámos a RTP para pedir esclarecimentos, mas não obtivemos resposta.
