Just getting started.

My father passed away 3-20. So, the walk continues, embraced in time, which waits for nothing, not even unto itself. DH

Have over 300 bulbs, plants, shrubs, trees to plant in the coming 6 weeks. Updates to follow. Soil, rock, peat and compost arrived today!

Started clearing out front garden area last night. Moved the tall grasses and prepared for stone landscaping beds.

Secure one end of a kids metal toy slinky to the top of the bird feeder pole & allow it to wrap back around down the pole! It works!

worked on garden prep & landscape yesterday. some stone done, dug out schrub roots too.

After work went to till my fathers garden 35' square. Managed to get through just about all of it. Neices & nephews to plant seeds Easter.

On Weds nite planted the dogwood and 4 arborvita. Last nite put in 9 of the 12 larger hemlock in the front ravine. Got them in b4 rain.

Oh so much work in landscaping. Ferns coming up, astilbe planted, more hemlocks to put in as a hedge out back tonight. Koi at pup day care

Yeah, not sure about this tweeting but still watching it a bit. I think it has value just not sure how to best benefit yet.

Finished cleaning out along the back fence for planting of hemlocks last night. Will plant tonight if not raining really hard.

In all finished planting over 50 shrubs & trees along with numerous plants. Working on landscaping now with final plantings in late May.

Each day is a blessing, a do over if you will. How will you make the most of it? What have the previous day's wisdom given you?
