@phife2003@DICKS They did it to me too. And their customer service rep couldn’t care less either haha. Try @Fanatics even when they screw up, they’ve always made it right. I was giving @DICKS a chance recently because they have good deals but not worth the hassle.
Hello - This is not what we like to hear! As long as the item is in new resalable condition the item can be returned within 90 days. They gave another customer the shoes I paid for, and wouldn't order another pair from warehouse, because that's their policy.

@DICKS should drop their contract with AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS asap. Paid for a service 4 months ago that has still gone undone. 4 no shows. 5th time did half the job and left it in the driveway and hasn’t been back. Continue to be shocked at the lack of accountability.
