@lotfgame you really resurrected this game from the grave, mad respect. i remember testing the original LOTF game at a dev expo back when it was in its beta build. loved it even with its issues, so glad the IP didnt get abandoned.

@Naaackers @MissNerdyCurvy "he's at his wits end" Man, I've been doing this for nearly a decade and I would never be annoyed if a regular answered my question honestly and shared this. My first response is, "holy cow I'm so sorry!" If he's at his wits end he's in the wrong profession.

@Naaackers @MissNerdyCurvy i would agree with you if it wasnt for the fact that he asked where she was, thats more than just "hey how are you" yknow. when grieving you arent thinking straight and when someone extends a hand, you take it, so its easy to see how someone grieving would accidentally over share

@MissNerdyCurvy 1. I’m sorry for your loss 2. His delivery sucked, but hes right. You sharing that is against etiquette and borderline rude. 3. Everyone is saying he lacked empathy. What you’re seeing is someome who had empathy the first 176 times this happened, but is at his wits end.

@MissNerdyCurvy im sorry to hear about your loss, i dont know you or your motives, maybe its exaggeration or maybe not, i dont care, none of that matters. you lost someone close to you and that hurts no matter what so whatever the case with all this is i hope you can heal from this terrible loss

@MissNerdyCurvy this dude is completely right with what hes saying... HOWEVER he went about it in the most cunty way possible. ye common etiquette is dont trauma dump but its also etiquette to acknowledge that sometimes a trauma dump is just a cry for support an we need to support our fellow man

@Scumhead1 dont let it discourage you, this is your first full release and the team is a total of what, 3 people? you have done far greater than youre giving yourself credit for. relax, take your time and fix what you can and learn from what you cant. youve got a great future ahead of you

@Scumhead1 what i mean is that a review will be marked as a negative review even if that reviews context is really "this game is more niche than i expected, i recommend this only to fans of this specific genre" its unfortunate but it is what it is. most "negative" reviews are middling
