Positioning is the thing nobody wants to do. It's slower than building. Harder to ship. No green checkmark when it's done. But two products with the same features? The one with the sharper angle wins every time. I learned this 100+ days in. Should have learned it on day one.

@fatihsolhann Supabase cli is free Self host it. The $20 you pay for supabase alone can cover your vps for 2months and you still have the full supabase experience and more I know it's lock in but don't lock yourself into misery like that, ask ai sometimes if things can be better. Trust me bro
