@elonmusk Wonderful news! took 3+ mos to get my Model X back. I’m still not happy w/job the repair shop did. upholstery tears, poor detail, needs new tire and protective wrap, phone charger not working & some rattling. So frustrating. continually blamed Tesla for delays. Need help :/

Tesla is bringing most collision repairs in-house, as outside firms take weeks to months for repairs, driving Tesla owners (and us) crazy

Goal is for repaired car to be better than before accident. Should always be true if damaged/used parts are correctly replaced with newer parts.
