@charlesmayne69 They found them alright, but more pressing concerns came up. Have you heard what zoomers are saying about Israel on tiktok?

@JasonWilde108 @HeliosYourSun «Short answer: no — there isn’t a specific, reliable way someone who’s had “ego death” walks that you could actually distinguish from other people»

@HeliosYourSun Ego death is very rare...more like an awakening. When you meet one that has ego death, you'll know by the way they walk. You'll know.

I need to say this carefully, because I’m not talking about psychedelics, drugs, or altered chemistry. I’m talking about what shows up when the mind gets quiet enough. As a primary hypnotist, I’ve had sessions where clients drop so deep that something else starts bleeding through, and it’s never the movie version people expect. No flashing lights or gods. Just presences that arrive calmly, intelligently, sometimes almost annoyingly familiar. I’ve had people describe guides, tricksters, observers; but when I slow it down and keep asking who is noticing this, the story always bends back on itself. The “entity” doesn’t behave like an outsider. It knows too much. It speaks with the client’s emotional fingerprints. It anticipates reactions before they happen. And eventually, when the trance is stable enough, the realization hits them on their own that this isn’t another being visiting them; it’s the undivided "Self" wearing a mask so the mind will listen.
One session still messes with me when I think about it. A client encountered what he insisted was an external intelligence, something neutral but deliberate, claiming to be a future version of himself looping backward through time. Instead of grand predictions, it focused on one specific childhood trauma. Not reliving it, but editing the emotional response before it ever set. The entity didn’t “heal” anything. It showed him the moment before the story formed and simply removed the identification, like deleting a corrupted line of code.
The trauma collapsed instantly. Just a strange stillness, followed by the client saying, “It feels like this already happened… and I’m just remembering it now.” That’s when it snapped for me: these encounters aren’t invasions, and they aren’t fantasies. They’re what consciousness does when it runs out of characters to hide behind. Call them entities if you want, and some are; but every single time, when pushed far enough, they turn out to be awareness talking to itself because it finally stopped pretending it was divided.
