@drdavidpalma @TopfHNS @HNSurgeon @DrNeilGross The NG tube rates are suprising but a number of units use prophylactically in tors. OR sig drops when model includes centre. No difference in duration of use in study. Not sure clinically meaninful. Would be interesting to hear tracheostomy rate. Congrats to @JamesOHaraNCL & team

@GhoshENTsurgeon Yes as long as peri cct - happy to work with tpd’s to discuss those under consideration for an accelerated cct date. Delayed cct more tricky - not rcs badged so oopt approval would need case by case discussion and the necessary pre-approvals.
