Exactly!! You now get my point , so the same INEC that cannot interprete that Abure,s tenure has expired will now suddenly now understand how to interpret that David mark should be returned to the INEC portal ..if INEC MAHMOOD A LESSER Evil could not interpret that Abure,s tenure has expired, how do you expect a far evil INEC AMUPITAN to interpret this supreme court judgment, I honestly don’t share all this rejoicing,

I do not see any real cause for rejoicing in this Supreme Court judgment. The Court did not direct INEC to restore the David Mark–led executive to the INEC portal while the trial continues. We must also remember that the core dispute remains unresolved: who is the authentic national chairman—Nafiu Bala or David Mark? The case has now been sent back to the Federal High Court for a full trial involving evidence and witnesses. This process could take months, if not years. With the deadline for candidate submissions approaching on May 30, the situation effectively returns us to square one. There is now a real possibility that the ADC may not be properly positioned to participate in the election. This presents a serious political challenge that requires urgent resolution. Something has to give. The Tinubu Administration is test running Nigerians with this matter, THERE MUST BE A WAY TO CHECKMATE MADNESS!!

If you have done things with INEC YOU WILL KNOW HOW INEC OPERATES. Having had dealings with INEC for a while, I have some small experience enough to let u know that INEC is very evasive , they may say they need special interpretation from court. Remember Nenadi,s case, INEC refused to upload her Exco after year and it caused 2 factions and after 1year when so much damage had been done Nenadi Exco was now uploaded, so as far as supreme court did not state it clearly then u are over ambitious with Amupitan,s INEC

@DrFolaseye What was the basis upon which INEC refused to recognise David Mark's leadership of ADC? wasn't it the order of the appeal court that has now been dismissed? So, if that order no longer exist, on what basis will INEC refuse to recognise David Mark's leadership?

When you push people to the wall by breaking the constitution of the land repeatedly by creating dubious electoral laws to suit your personal selfishness, the people will eventually react When u light a fire and the wind blows on it the fire can jump to the one who started the fire. Fire has no respect for who started it. Hmm!! I just love this my Yoruba proverb that Barr johnson the NNPP National Spokesperson just gave!!

OK MOVEMENT IS FOR ALL NIGERIANS !! “#OKMovement is for all Nigerians—Obidients, Kwankwasiyya, and supporters from all parties: Labour, NNPP, PDP, APC, and more. It is a movement for all Nigerians who believe in the ideology of Mr. Peter Obi and Alhaji Rabiu Kwankwaso, and who believe that Nigerians deserve good governance. We do not displace anyone; we work from different angles, united in a common goal.” That Nigeria Must Be OK!!

STORY !!STORY !!STORY!! ONCE UPON A TIME TIME !!TIME!! President Tinubu’s tactics are not new to us. It was simply by chance that Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila and others exposed themselves. Truly, there is nothing new under the sun history always repeats itself. Recall the story of King Herod, who was afraid of the birth of the “King of the Jews.” Believing the child to be around two years old, Herod ordered the killing of all children under the age of two. Unfortunately for him, Baby Jesus had already been taken out of town by His parents before the execution of that order. As a result, many innocent children were killed, even though they had nothing to do with Herod’s fear. Their parents suffered deeply, all because Herod was desperately searching for one child. Herod believed that there was no way Baby Jesus could have escaped, since no child was spared. Yet, he was wrong Jesus survived, while other families bore the pain of losing their children for a cause they did not understand. This is exactly the point I am making: because Mr. Tinubu does not know the political party through which our “Baby Jesus” (OK) will emerge, he has chosen to infiltrate and destabilize all political parties. Whenever he detects the formation of a new party, he moves to suppress it. When he senses that a political movement is gaining strength within an existing party, he creates factions to weaken it just as we are currently seeing with the PRP. But just like in the story of Herod, the plan will not succeed. Herod never found the child he was looking for, and in the same way, this strategy will not stop what is coming. Mr. Tinubu, you may attempt to control or influence all political parties in Nigeria, but there will always be a way of escape. The opposition coalition,Mr. Peter Obi and Kwankwaso will be on the ballot. You single-handedly frustrated many of us during the political party registration process for the same reasons. Despite meeting all the requirements, you used “Emilokan judges” to reduce the chances of new parties emerging. However, one thing is certain: Mr. Peter Obi and Kwankwaso, as the people’s candidates, will be on the ballot. You will not be able to eliminate that ticket. So, create as many factions as you wish and suppress as many political parties as possible just remember that despite Herod’s actions, Baby Jesus was not killed. History will repeat itself, and this strategy will not work. Please write in the comment section what this story taught you
Bolaji Abdullahi@BolajiADC

This has to be the most shameless government in Nigeria’s history. About three weeks ago, the leadership of the PRP, led by its National Chairman, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, paid a courtesy visit to the National Chairman of the ADC. A few days later, rumours began to circulate that the coalition leadership was considering the PRP as an option. Although this is not true, it took only that single whiff of speculation for a faction to emerge almost overnight in what had been a historically tranquil political party, challenging the leadership of Baba-Ahmed. This is the reality of Nigeria’s shrinking democratic space under the All Progressives Congress. The government may continue to deny any involvement in the crises within other parties, insisting that these are merely internal failures, but the pattern is visible. The world can see what is happening. More importantly, they can see where this path leads. But here is the question: is there no one within the APC who can caution those engineering crises in opposition parties that they are, in fact, sowing the seeds of national instability? A political strategy that is anchored on sabotaging every opposition platform is ultimately self-destructive. When people are left with no options, they are, in reality, left with no choice.
