@Tyler_Did_It I went through this, stopped using my whoop after a month. Wake up feel good, check whoop, low recovery, mental shift feel terrible. I rather just feel good, ill take data on important health things but recovery and stuff just not worth the trade off

Stopped wearing my Whoop primarily for this reason Waking up and seeing a low recovery score was impacting my workouts. "Oh in the red today, I should take it easier." It's a bad mindset. I'm not anti-data but sometimes it's just better not to know...

I get your point but then Im also of the thinking NFT projects just put so much effort so they can max extract. Even the most popular ones outside of apes when you really look at it its absurd. Selling their holders more and more and then "leaving" NFTs etc. Both are bad I dont think there is a worse one tbh I actually think you are getting cooked on either if you arent early enough. All in all extractors everywhere

Sorry maybe it didn’t come across but I think most projects are extractive until you put in enough effort to prove otherwise. Most memes just didn’t have any room to do that by design so they could set the toggle for max extract and say screw it. NFT projects that did anything at least had to try and hopes that their investment in artists, storytelling or whatever else created a multiple worth paying for. With memecoins it was more of an insiders cabal where that money got funded to influencers and market makers instead and everyone else lost

When you all ditched NFTs for memecoins you were just psyoped by grifters who didn’t want to pay artists as part of their capital extraction schemes. Dope art was a huge enabler of what made NFTs fun. It let you feel like a kid again, collecting, sharing, appreciating, envying. Real projects cared about the art, about the human experience. And when you get that right, number go up automagically.

Ive gotten a ton more in bonuses and rakeback on stake, way more games, and its not that I did 400k in volume i did 1.6 mil accross 4 casinos in the past 5 months.
