When you see Dems posting about bills to fund TSA with "no strings attached" that's a lie. They each had language to prevent the proof of citizenship for Federal Elections. All 7 times.

It’s so weird to me that investigating fraud is somehow now right-coded. Daycare fraud, hospice fraud, autism fraud…these fraudsters are stealing our federal tax dollars in plain sight. Demanding accountability should not be considered a partisan thing at all.

But just now, your office just sent me the most patronizing message in response to the very real testimony I offered on the behalf of @realJeremyCarl weeks ago. Not just that, but that Carl retweeting one of my posts was a possible factor in you denying his nomination. Senator Curtis, I’m really struggling here ethically. Genuinely. You are my Senator and I respect you especially in the light of a swing vote. But the message your office sent me just now is very upsetting and patronizing, and shows you don’t listen to your own constituents at all. Let me ask you a simple question. Are you willing to communicate with me and get to know me? Yes or no? Silence will be taken as a “no.”

Senators shouldn’t go home until DHS is funded and SAVE America is passed Who’s with me?

Right now, US law makes it difficult to denaturalize a US citizen unless they committed some sort of fraud during the naturalization process. Congress may want to take up immediate denaturalization & deportation for anyone convicted of supporting terrorists. Just a thought.

I never would have supported the legalization of marijuana had I known what would end up happening to young people and our cities. I deeply regret it. Every major city and uber in them just reeks of weeds everywhere. It is absolutely vile.

Last political post for awhile I hope, but this has to be said. I’m not a Trump supporter and honestly, a lot of people who aren’t Trump supporters are still completely fed up with the far left right now. Not because of “progress,” or “fairness,” or any of the values they claim to own. It’s because of the behavior: the purity tests, the tribalism, the reflex to label anyone who disagrees, even slightly, as an enemy. One wrong word, one nuanced opinion, one “I don’t fully agree,” and suddenly you’re a fascist, a bigot, or “part of the problem.” That’s not activism. That’s a cult mindset. Compromise is treated like betrayal. Questions are treated like violence. And “the science” gets invoked like a religious slogan, right up until the data becomes inconvenient, then it’s ignored, reframed, or shouted down. Meanwhile, the same people who demand empathy have none for anyone outside their in-group. Normal people are exhausted. We want solutions, not moral grandstanding. We want reality, not ideology. And we’re done pretending this kind of insane extremism is “just being passionate.” Sincerely, Normal people everywhere

Jared C. Tilton (@tiltoncreative) captured both of these iconic photos, but the backstory of how he did it might be even cooler than the photos themselves. Rather than having a photographer up in the catwalk during all Olympic events — at all the different venues — Jared and his team at Getty Images mounted robotic cameras in the ceiling. Planning began more than a year ago, with installation taking place four weeks before this year's Olympics. But these cameras didn't take photographs on their own. Using proprietary software, Jared sent a live feed to his laptop, which he then used as a first-person POV to snap photos himself. The software worked whether Jared was inside the venue or several miles away at the media center. And here's the best part... Jared operated the entire system with a PlayStation controller.
