@NotoriousVOG @BOSCityCouncil But RCV doesn’t entrench machines. It disrupts them. By eliminating low-turnout prelims and letting voters rank real choices,it levels the playing field for grassroots, community-backed candidates who often get shut out under the current system.Especially in communities of color.
