Started taking Zyn for the past 30 days as an experiment. Honestly, this shit is trash. Got addicted quickly, gave me cheap dopamine, decreased my drive for sex and gym. Every day, I felt I needed more, so I started taking higher-dose pouches. With this came more unnecessary anxiety and restlessness. It also increases prolactin, which can suppress testosterone, which explains my low drive. The truth is, I don't need it. Can get all the benefits of focus, energy and productivity the natural way: Training, nutrition, sleep, hydration, recovery and supplementation. Plus, I don't get any side effects/health impacts. Won't be taking it again.
