@AndrewJacobsLnD @caranorth11 In a word, yes. Training cannot solve every problem, and here, it seems executive culture is a problem. Maybe training for executives would help shift that culture, but only if the people themselves are willing to learn and change.

Hello friends.
This morning I was officially diagnosed with ADHD.
I’ve suspected as much for the last 2 years, so it doesn't exactly come as a surprise, but it is a relief.
This explains a lot of my choices and behaviours throughout my life.
It's been a heavy day. ♥
