@JayR_Xx You’re acting like anxiety is an impossible barrier to action, and it’s not. I have generalized anxiety and depression, and adhd, and ASD. This isn’t a ND thing. I think this is just giving in to being soft. It’s a viewpoint, not a disability. Discomfort is 100% subjective.
