Researchers at the University of Edinburgh are studying epilepsy in children under 5. Seizures in babies can be difficult to recognise and are often mistaken for normal behaviour. Their goal is to develop a “remote” EEG that families can use in the community, whether at home or at the GP. They’re looking to hear from families with experience of EEG testing: what worked well, and what could be improved.
