Dear friends. New day, new HR/recruiting scam. Be careful of anyone sending you a link to imocha dot us. That is not the real @imochaHQ platform. The "recruiter" wanted me to answer a few questions and submit a video interview for a role at @AvaLabs / Avalanche. The video uploader conveniently has "issues" and needs a "fix" which would download a payload and install keylogging or other funsies on your (in my case) Mac. It’s truly sad to read this announcement, and even more to see the reactions it has sparked. They are a reminder of how meaningful and valuable this conference was for so many people in the ecosystem: builders, creators, partners, and communities who helped shape it over the years. I spent almost 3 years working at NFT Paris, a period during which I grew significantly, both professionally and personally, until a month ago, when it ended. This experience played an important role in my journey and was one of the reasons I had the opportunity to join the @Ledger team a few months ago. I’m grateful to everyone I had the chance to work with along the way, speakers, communities, media, schools, companies, and collaborators. Like many of you, I would have hoped for a different ending. The team pushed hard to make things work, but it seems it wasn’t enough. Thank you to the community for the trust, the energy, and the moments shared.

We live in the center of Paris and both Costco France warehouses are an hour away in the suburbs. It's also been a decade since we owned a car. Once a month we take a train + Uber combo there and then a loaded van taxi home. I think I'll make it twice a month now...we stand with Costco.
